Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450F.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine mayo + ½ tsp garlic to make garlic aioli. Season with salt + pepper.
Step 3
In a large nonstick pan on med-high heat, cook beef + onions + peppers for 3-5 mins.
Step 4
Meanwhile, toast olive-oil brushed flatbreads on an unlined baking sheet in oven for 3 minutes, until softened.
Step 5
Add montreal spice blend + remaining garlic to pan with beef and veggies. Season with salt then cook for 1 more minute.
Step 6
Spread flatbreads with 1 tbsp garlic aioli each, then divide beef and veggies, cheese and tomatoes between them. Bake on middle rack 2-4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
Step 7
Meanwhile, add 2 tsp water to remaining aioli.
Step 8
Remove flatbreads from oven, cut flatbreads into wedges, then drizzle with remaining aioli and serve.
