Instructions
Step 1
Scrub clean your potatoes
Step 2
Keep the skin on and cut the potatoes into French fries
Step 3
Coat them in avocado oil for the air fryer
Step 4
Set your air fryer to 450 degrees for 30 minutes
Step 5
Spray some avocado oil into your frying basket
Step 6
Throw in your potatoes
Step 7
Remember to mix up your fries often so they can get an even crunch
Step 8
When they’re almost as crunchy as you like them throw in some minced garlic and mix them up and let them finish frying with the garlic.
Step 9
When they’re done frying bring them out into a bowl add in your truffle oil, sea salt, more minced garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Step 10
Mix them up and DONE!
