Ingredients

sandwich, this will be more useful as it's pre cooked and you can use it for sandwiches or on cheese on toast too
1 teaspoonoil
0.25red onion
0.5pepper
½ teaspoongarlic puree
½ teaspoonpaprika
0.5Chicken Stock Pot
Dont peel the lid off completely and then you can just tuck the foil lid over the remaining half and keep for another recipe

75gfrozen Prawns
Use cooked & ready to eat ones that you've defrosted
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost your prawns as per instructions on the pack - Remember this may take a few hours, when planning your cooking.
Step 2
Prep - Boil the kettle. Chop veg and cut the chirizo slices into quarters.
Step 3
Heat oil in frying pan on a medium heat and when ready add onion and pepper. Cook till they start to soften.
Step 4
Add chirizo, garlic and paprika. Cook for another couple of minutes.
Step 5
Add the rice and cook for a couple of minutes then add the half stock pot to 250-300ml of water from the slightly cooled kettle. Mix till dissolved. Add to the pan, stir thoroughly and then bring to a simmer.
Step 6
Cook for 20-30 mins until most of water is absorbed and rice cooked.
Step 7
You can add more water if the rice is still a little hard. You want a creamy consistency to your rice/sauce.
Step 8
Turn of the heat and add the frozen peas and defrosted prawns, stir in well and leave to warm through for a couple of mins before serving.
