Instructions
Step 1
In a medium sauce pan Melt butter in a medium-sized pot over medium-heat. Sauté the green onions (white parts only) for 4 minutes, until soft
Step 2
Add the Chili's ( Or Jalapeno ) Then add in the cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, Chili pepper and mix well
Step 3
Mix arrowroot starch into a separate pot, then pour in the milk, Mix well
Step 4
Bring to a boil, Add in the cheese then stir well till cheese is melted and turn into a smooth sauce, take off the heat immediately and add the green peppers and Chili's and seasonings ( add more seasons if needed )
