Ingredients

6 servings

1.5 lbsChicken
generally I cut the uncooked chicken into cubes or I use un-breaded chicken tenders
1 cup of shredded Swiss Cheese 1 can of cream of Chicken Soup 1⁄4 cup of sherry (white) wine
1can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of shredded Swiss Cheese 1 can of cream of Chicken Soup 1⁄4 cup of sherry (white) wine
¼ cupsherry white wine
¼ cupheavy cream
1 bag of stuffing
1 bagstuffing
1 cupbutter
or margarine melted
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1can of cream of chicken soup
¼ cupsherry wine
white

Instructions

Step 1
Place chicken in rectangular baking dish, top chicken (recommend cutting into cubes) with shredded cheese.
Step 2
Mix cream of chicken soup, wine and heavy cream together well and pour over the cheese. Cover the mixture with the stuffing.
Step 3
Melt butter and pour over the stuffing mix. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Step 4
Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. It hold well in warm oven.
