Ingredients To Combine •Peel & slice 3Lbs if GrannySmith Apples •9Tbsp of Brown Sugar
• 2Tsp of Cinnamon • 1 Tsp of Nutmeg
• 4 Tbsp of Butter
•Combine these ingredients into your cooking pan on medium heat until you start to see everything caramelize. • Allow ingredients to cook for 5 -10 minutes until apples have simmered down to your liking. • ADD 2Tbsp of Cornstarch to even parts of cold water. •ADD Cornstarch/water mixture to apple over heat, mix together and you will start to see everything thicken up. Crust • Use pre-made crust for pastries, cut them to the size you want. •Place Apples into center of cut rectangles. •Lightly dampen the edges of the dough with water. •Press edges together & secure together with a fork. •Allow them to Freeze for 20mins. •Fry to the golden color you like. •Last but not least Sprinkle a combination of :1/2 Cup White sugar
