Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into about 16-20 balls. Place the flour in a shallow dish, and roll the balls in the flour to lightly coat.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for 5-6 minutes on each side, until browned.

Transfer the meatballs to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until fully cooked.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Sriracha hot sauce, honey, and soy sauce.
Step 6
Remove the meatballs from the oven and brush them with the Sriracha sauce. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
