Instructions
Step 1
Scrub potatoes until clean. Boil them until the middle is tender (~30 minutes).
Step 2
Boil the eggs until hardboiled.
Step 3
Finely dice celery, onion and eggs. Put them into a large bowl.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes and dice into cubes. Put in bowl.
Step 5
Peel the eggs and finely dice them. Put in bowl.
Step 6
Mix the ingredients together, along with mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and sugar.
