Preheat the oven to 420 F

Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil.
Step 3
Mix flour, cornstarch, and seasonings in a medium bowl. Coat the chicken in the mixture.
Step 4
Lay the chicken pieces on the baking sheet and surround each piece with cubes of butter.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, flip, and 5 more minutes or until the largest piece of chicken reaches 165 F.
Step 6
Coat in favorite sauce and enjoy!
