Once at temp, remove and brush with OIL - either vegetable, olive, etc. or a lard/fat. DO NOT USE BUTTER! it will ruin the crispiness of the outside

Bake for 10 more minutes to crisp up

Cut open and serve immediately to keep it fluffy
