Step 1
Combine butter and sugar until fluffy.
Then add flour and salt until a crumbly dough. Press into a glass greast pan. Then bake at 350° for 25 mins.
After golden brown edges let cool for 10 mins. Add all ingredients for the lemon Topping and pour onto cooled crust then bake again at 350° for 20 mins. Let cool then place into the fridge over night. For the best results!!!! I cut the next day into squares then sift powdered sugar on top
