Ingredients

3boneless skinless chicken breast
3 tsbponion powder
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1canned diced green chili
1 blockcream cheese
1 boxlow sodium chicken stock
1 Tbspbutter
2 Tbspcornstarch
2 cupsfrozen corn
defrosted
1can black beans
white rice
cooked for serving
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
cilantro
for serving
tomatoes
fresh chopped, for serving
Instructions
Step 1
Add chicken, stock, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, chillis and butter and cream cheese to crock pot. Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours until falling apart. Shred chicken then mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water and add to crockpot let cook until thickened. Spoon over cooked rice and top with corn, black beans, chopped tomatoes and cilantro! Enjoy!
