Ingredients

1 lbground beef
1can cream of mushroom soup
¾ cwater
hot
½ tgarlic salt
4 ozcan of green chilies
1 pktenchilada mix
½ tonion salt
6 ozcan tomato paste
8 ozshred cheddar cheese
1 tpepper
8 ozsour cream
10flour tortillas

Instructions
Step 1
- Brown ground beef, add garlic, onion salt and pepper.
Step 2
- Mix and heat enchilada mix, tomato paste and water. Add half of mixture to beef, plus half of cheese.
Step 3
- Put about 2 T. of beef mixture into flour tortillas, roll up and place seam side down into 13 x 9 pan.
Step 4
- Heat mushroom soup, chilies and sour cream until well mixed. Pour over enchiladas in pan.
Step 5
- Pour rest of tomato mixture over soup mix.
Step 6
- Cover with rest of cheese.
Step 7
- Bake at 350 until cheese melts, about 20 to 30
