Instructions
Step 1
In a pot with salted water, boil your noodles until they’re al dente.
Step 2

In a pan over medium low heat, melt 3 tbsp butter, add garlic and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds.


Step 3

Add in the salt, pepper, gochujang, honey, and rice wine vinegar.





Step 4

Cook for 3 mins over medium low heat.
Step 5

Add in the al dente pasta along with 1 tbsp of butter and the pasta water.

Step 6

Cook and combine for 3-5 mins or until the starch thickens a bit and the pasta absorbs the sauce.
Step 7

Serve with green onions and enjoy!
