Instructions

Step 1
Mix 6 eggs with 2 oz parmesan
Step 2
In a blender, blend 1 tin of anchovies including oil, 1 cup curly parsley and 1 clove garlic, adding water if needed to loosen the blades, until you have a bright green paste
Step 3
Fold parsley mixture into egg mixture, then fold in 1 14 oz can of pumpkin puree. add black pepper and salt if needed
Step 4
Bake in 4 10-oz ramikens at 350F for 45 min or until set in the middle
