Step 1
Sauté kale with 1 tsp oil and salt. Add to a greased 8x8 baking dish.
Step 2
Whisk together the eggs, yogurt, milk, and spices. Pour into dish on top of kale. Top with tomatoes, feta, oregano, and 1 tsp olive oil.
Step 3
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
