Ingredients

2 Tbspoil
1onion
chopped
¼ cupcilantro
2 Tbspminced garlic
1 Tbspginger paste
1 lbsground beef
3 TbspXawaash seasoning
2 Tbsppaprika
2potatoes
chopped
1 lbcan crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tspsugar
balance out acidity
2 Tbsptomato paste
2 Tbspsalt
2 Tbspground black pepper
1green bell pepper
chopped
¼ cupcilantro
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Soften the chopped onion with olive oil, then saute in the cilantro, garlic and ginger paste
Step 2
Brown the ground beef, add in seasonings and chopped potatoes
Step 3
Add in can of crushed tomatoes, lemon juice, sugar, tomato paste
Step 4
Cover and cook for 25 min while stirring every 5-10, add in 2 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp black pepper after 25 min and stir
Step 5
Add chopped bell peppers and chopped cilantro, cover and cook additional 5 min
Step 6
Now serve over pasta, and pair with a light vinegary/lemony salad and banana. Eat with your hands!
