Instructions

Step 1
Separate egg whites from egg yolks. Save the egg yolks for another recipe if you’d like.
Step 2
Spray a pan with oil (I like to use avocado or olive oil) and heat over medium heat
Step 3
Mix together egg whites, cheese, spices, spinach (optional), and water
Step 4
Pour egg whites into pan and scramble to desired consistency. Serve over toast, as part of a sandwich, or alone.
