Step 1
Cut bread slice in half. Unwrap cheese slice and cut in half. Cut ham slice in half.
Step 2
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl. Add chopped green onion and mix well.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan on low heat. Put a small piece of salted butter in the pan and melt.
Step 4
Pour in the egg mixture once the butter is melted.
Step 5
Add a slice of bread. Dip it in the egg mixture and turn it over. Repeat for second piece of bread. Make sure you place the pieces of bread in the middle with a gap between the slices.
Step 6
Turn over after egg mixture has set. Fold in the extra egg on the sides.
Step 7
Put two slices of ham on top of the left. Put two slices of cheese on the right. Fold in half and fry on both sides until browned.
