Instructions

Step 1
Half the potatos and carve them criss-cross
Step 2
Drizzle olive oil in a baking tray, add garlic and paprika. Spread evenly
Step 3
Grate in some parmesan
Step 4
Salt the potato and lie them face down in the pan. Sprinkle with rosemary and chilli. Then add lots of parmesan on top
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 180C for 30 mins
Step 6
Eat it all straight away
