Step 1
In a bowl, combine the flour (sifted) and the salt

In another, smaller bowl, beat the eggs before adding them to the flour mixture

Add the milk and mix well

Add the water (2 1/2 tbsp)

Then mix in the melted butter

Cover and let sit for two hours at room temperature

Pour 1 tbsp water in the batter and mix well

Heat a buttered pan

Pour some of the batter (1/3 cup) into the pan an circle the pan so the batter covers the bottom

Cook for 1 to 2 min on each side
