Instructions

Step 1
Cut chicken in to strips, season with salt and pepper and dredge in flour or fry powder. Coat chicken in egg, then peanut/breadcrumb mixture. Fry in deep fryer or air fryer at 350°F or in pan with about 1-2 inches of oil until cooked through and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Step 2
Mix peanut butter, soy sauce and hot water in a bowl. Pour over chicken or use as dipping sauce
