Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Add cheeses to a bowl and set aside.
Step 3
Melt butter in pan and whisk in flour and let cook out a few minutes.
Step 4
Pour in milk and melt in cream cheese then add seasonings and whisk.
Step 5
Once cream cheese is melted, add in HALF the cheese one handful at a time and whisk until melted.
Step 6
Boil noodles according to package. Add pasta water to cheese sauce and stir.
Step 7
Pour half the pasta into an oven safe dish and top with half of shredded cheese remaining. Add the rest of the pasta and then cover with melted cheese. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
Step 8
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
