Sautéed Beef with Broccoli

Ingredients

0.5 Cupgluten free soy sauce
0.25 Cupcornstarch
3 tablespoonsRice wine vinegar
3 tablespoonslight brown sugar
packed
1 tablespoongluten free peanut butter
1 tablespoonminced ginger
1 tablespoongarlic
minced
1 poundflank steak
sliced thin
2 teaspoonssesame oil
2 cupsbroccoli florets
0.25 Cupgluten free beef broth
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, mixed together soy sauce, cornstarch, vinegar, brown sugar, peanut butter, ginger and garlic. Pour half the liquid over sliced meat in a bowl and toss. Reserve the other half of the sauce and set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add broccoli and stir fry for one minute. Remove to a plate.
Step 3
Add meat in a single layer and cook for one minute. Turn over and cook for another 30 seconds, remove to a plate.
Step 4
Poor reserved sauce and beef broth into the skillet. Stir and cook for two to three minutes until sauce starts to thicken. Add beef and broccoli back to the skillet and toss to coat and simmer for another two minutes.
