Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 1
Line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aisde.
Step 2
Cream butter, brown sugar, & sugar together until creamy.
Step 3
Mix in egg & vanilla until combined. Add flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, & salt; mix just until combined. Add ⅔ C of chocolate chip; gently fold in.
Step 4
Scoop out 8 equally sized cookie dough balls; place them on baking sheet. Top each with more chocolate chips; gently flatten to about 1” in thickness.
Step 5
Bake (10 min.)
Step 6
Cool on baking sheet (10 min.); transfer to cooling rack.

These cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temp. (up to 4 days). in fridge (up to a week) or frozen (up to 2 mo.)

Once you’re ready to enjoy them, pop them in microwave (a few seconds) to get it all ooey gooey & enjoy it!
