Step 1
BLEND Marinade: 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1/4 fish sauce, 1 tablespoon cilantro and ginger, 2 tablespoon brown sugar, tea spoon of pepper
Step 2
Cut 1.25 lbs ribeye steaks in thin 1/4 in slices and soak in marinade at least 2 hours. grill when ready
Step 3
ROLL FILLING: cut carrots and cucumber and serrano into long strips. leave cilantro on stalk, cut approx 3 in long.
Step 4
pickled onion: Cut onion into strips. Marinade in white rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, pepper, and brown sugar.
Step 5
Dipping sauces: fish sauce recipe and soy/sesame mix
