Instructions
Step 1
Rinse then cut potatoes into halves or quarters. Soak potatoes in cold water for an hour or more for less starchy potatoes

Step 2
Drain water and refill with fresh water. Enough to cover potatoes. Bring to boil. Boil for 20 min or until fork tender
Step 3
Drain water. On low heat, mix in melted butter & warm milk. Mash the potatoes. Mix in garlic & parmesan cheese. Salt & pepper to taste
