Instructions
Step 1
Toast the nuts in a pan until they start to brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 2
Blanch the basil for 30 seconds. Immediately place in an ice bath and squeeze out the water.
Step 3
Blitz all ingredients, starting with the nuts and garlic. Then add in the remaining ingredients and gradually pour in olive oil until it reaches your desired consistency.
