Step 1
Prep all ingredients. Chop, shred and slice as needed.
Step 2
Prep skillet with one tbls olive oil over medium heat.
Step 3
Once skillet is up to heat. Add all ingredients and drizzle remaining olive oil over all and stir.
Step 4
Cook till kale and Romain lettuce is wilted. 5-10 minutes.
Step 5
Serve immediately.
