Instructions
Step 1
Add oil to a large nonstick frying pan, add the spice mix and garlic and heat over low heat for 1 minutes to release the flavor of the spice mix.
Step 2
Add the cauliflower and increase the heat to medium, then stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the cauliflower is just beginning to brown around the edges and is hot but still crisp.
Step 3
Sprinkle with paprika and a little salt and serve.
