Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400

2. Add the Tahini, Olive Oil, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper to a bowl and mix well.

3. Place the cauliflower on a sheet pain, paint all sides of the cauliflower with the tahini-oil mixture. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping once halfway, until crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.

4. ON a seperate baking sheet, spread the salami apart. Bake for 7-10 minutes, flipping once. Drain on a paper towel for a few minutes.
Step 5
5. Add the salami to a cutting board and crumble it into small pieces. Add the raisins, chop, then add the parmesan and scallions.
Step 6
6. Place the cauliflower on a plate, drizzle with honey mustard, then spoon a bit of the salami mixture onto each wedge. Drizzle with tahini.
