Instructions

Step 1
1. In a small pot, add 5 cups water and 5 Chicken Bullion Cubes. Bring to boil and set aside. This is the Chicken Broth
Step 2
2. Set 6 qt. pot on Medium High.
Step 3
3. Add Olive Oil and onions.
Step 4
4. Stir until onions become clear.
Step 5
5. Add Bell Pepper and stir.
Step 6
6. Add Scallions and stir.
Step 7
7. Add Cayenne Pepper, Garlic, Salt and stir.
Step 8
8. Add Parsley and stir.
Step 9
9. Add Chicken Broth and stir.
Step 10
10. Add cut up chicken and sausage.
Step 11
11. Bring to boil.
Step 12
12. Add Rice, stir and reduce to simmer.
Step 13
13. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 14
14. Stir once after 10 minutes.
