Instructions

Step 1
Cracker Dough Put all ingredients into "Closed lid" . Mix on 5 for 15secs to combine. Knead for 2mins.Wrap into a ball then into glad wrap and put into the fridge for at least an hour. Then onto your Thermomat or floured bench. Roll as thin as you can. (The thinner the crunchier your cracker will be)Grab a smallish container as a cutter. Cut and prick woth a fork after putting onto a baking tray with paper. Bake at 180o for 15-20 or golden brown. Allow to cool on a wire rack then store in an airtight container. (If they last that long)
