Step 1
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients (remember to sift the dry ingredients) and whisk until combined and no lumps are visible.

Spray a pan with oil spray and pour a thin layer of batter until the surface of the pan is completely covered. Cook for 1 minute on each side. Repeat until batter runs out.
