This recipe tastes exactly like a peaches and cream oatmeal I used to eat, despite the fact that this is made with nectarines. I think I should try it with some peaches soon, or honestly any other fruit.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix together oats and milk. Let sit 10 minutes. Add in vanilla, maple syrup, and avocado oil. Add in egg and stir well.
Step 2
Add in chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and flour. Stir until just combined. Fold in diced nectarine.
Step 3
Fry on pan in avocado oil. Serve with extra nectarine slices and maple syrup.
