Em um liquidificador, adicione o leite vegetal ou água, o óleo, a aveia em flocos finos, a farinha de grão de bico ou de arroz, o amido de milho, o fermento, o sal, a cúrcuma e a salsinha (opcional), e bata bem até formar uma massa uniforme.

Em uma forma untada ou antiaderente, adicione uma camada de massa no fundo, coloque o recheio de espinafre e depois finalize colocando mais massa por cima.
