Instructions
Step 1
Cook gnocchi in a large pot of boiling salted water until they float to the surface, about 2 minutes.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a large skillet over high heat, and add garlic; sautee for about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add cooked gnocchi, 1/4 cup cooking liquid, sage, cheese to the pan.
Step 4
Season with pepper, and serve.
