Spam & Egg with Rice

Spam, Egg & Rice This is a simple go to meal that I’ll whip up for the kids. It takes little effort to make this and my kids love wrapping this up in nori sheets. I’d say this a version of a deconstructed spam musubi.

Instructions

Step 1
Cut the Spam into cubes. In a hot pan, cook the spam until you get a golden brown color. Add soy sauce, sugar and mirin. Cook for additional 2 minutes and remove off heat. Serve with white rice, furikake and fried egg.
