Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 1/3 cup water to the small saucepan, shimmer. Add fish stock powder, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Simmer another 1 minute.
Step 2
Cook as instructed on your matcha soba noodle package. Drain the hot water, and rinse in ice-cold water.
Step 3
Make an omelet. Cut into strips.
Step 4
Place nori, green tea soba, omelet, chives, pickled red cabbage, and roll.
Step 5
Cut and serve with dipping sauce.
