Salmon patties have always been a comfort food for me. I usually do a double batch and get 11 or 12, it really depends on the size. There’s no right or wrong way to size them!

Heat oil in a skillet Drain liquid from salmon
Mix ingredients and form patties Put them in oil and fry on both sides until brown
