Quick and easy lasagne. Personally I buy the white sauce in a jar to save time but you can make your own roux sauce if you prefer. Serve with chips, side salad or garlic bread.

Instructions

Step 1
Brown the Mince for 4 minutes then add the onions and garlic and cook on medium-high heat for a further 3 minutes
Step 2
Add the. Chopped tomatoes, passata and all herbs, stir well and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add a heaped tea spoon of Marmite, stir and then reduce the heat to simmer for 5 more minutes
Step 4
In a large lasagne dish add half of the Mince then add a layer of lasagne sheets to cover it
Step 5
Add half the white sauce and add another layer of lasagne sheets
Step 6
Add the remaining mix, topped by lasagne sheets and add the remaining white sauce on top
Step 7
Cover with a generous amount of grated cheese all over and place in the oven until golden brown (about 25 minutes). **I use 180°c for a fan oven**
Step 8
Remove from the oven cut into 8 equal portions and serve
