Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the chicken in the soy sauce and salt while you prepare the rest of the dish
Step 2
Add Avocado oil to a wok over medium-high heat. Add green beans and cook, stirring until browned, 3-4 minutes. Add the Cashews and cook, stirring until browned, 1-2 minutes. Add the garlic and stir for 1 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and seaside.
Step 3
Add the chicken to the pan, reserving the marinade. Cook for 4-5 minutes until nearly cooked through. Return the green bean mixture to the pan along with the reserved marinade. Add red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring, until the sauce has reduced by half (4-5 minutes).
Step 4
Remove the pan from the heat, drizzle in the sesame oil and toss to coat. Add salt as necessary. Serve immediately over Cauliflower rice.
