Instructions
Step 1
Saute onion and green pepper with some salt. Add meat, salt, and pepper to taste. Continue cooking until meat is crumbled and browned.







Step 2
Add a layer of chili powder to meat mix. Stir to combine.


Step 3
Add tomato sauce and enough sugar to offset the acid in the tomato sauce. Add Cholula and additional chili powder to taste.




Step 4
Let mixture cook on low heat for about an hour. Taste and adjust spicing as necessary.
