Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to package directions

2. Add broccoli florets during the last three minutes of cooking. Drain

3. Whisk together evaporated milk, cornstarch, dry mustard, kosher salt and grated garlic clove in a large saute pan over medium heat until thickened in about 6 minutes
