Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes and cook until
Fork tender( prepare the meat and vegetable
Filling while the potatoes are cooking )

Add olive oil to a pan then fry 1 large diced onion for 3-4 minutes. Add diced carrot and celery and fry a further 2 minutes then add minced garlic

Step 3
Push the veggies to the side then add the meat and brown it . Mix them together then make a small hole in the Centre of the meat and vegetables and add the tomato paste and let it fry a minute before mixing . Add 500 ml of oxtail broth ( you can use a good quality beef broth if you can’t find oxtail) then add the Worcestershire sauce and season with a little salt and black pepper then add peas green beans and spinach and cook 5 minutes .

Step 4
At this stage the potatoes should be cooked
So add salt white pepper and butter and mash together then add the cream and use a whisk to make the potatoes fluffy .

Step 5
Put the meat and veggies in a casserole
Dish then top with the potatoes and make a pattern with a fork . Bake at 200 c in the oven until golden brown on top .
