Instructions
Step 1
To make this recipe, start by cutting the vegetables. Once the vegetables are cut, add to a mixing bowl with 2 eggs, cracked, half a cup of egg whites, and 3/4 of a cup cooked farro. Mix until the combination is fully combined.
Step 2
Add the egg mixture to a frying pan sprayed with half of a tablespoon extra virgin olive oil on medium-low heat. Add half of the listed spice amounts listed above to the egg mixture. Then, sir the blend until the eggs solidify, around 5 minutes. Once the eggs have solidified, set the mixture aside. On another pan, spray half of a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil on the pan on low heat. Once the oil has heated up, add 1 cup of lean ground Turkey breast to the pan. Season with the other half of the listed spice amounts above. Once the ground turkey breast has obtained a nice and white color, with no hints of pink left, the ground turkey breast is ready to be enjoyed. Add the ground turkey breast to the egg scramble and enjoy as a healthy breakfast or a nutrient-dense lunch/dinner.
