Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line 8 muffin cups with liners.
Step 2
Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add coconut oil and egg, and blend until mixture is smooth. Add almond flour, sea salt, and baking soda; mix well. Add chopped walnuts and stir to combine.
Step 3
Spoon the batter into muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean. Let muffins cool in the pan for about half an hour, then serve. Two muffins are one serving.
