Step 1
Cut your chicken breasts into 1 inch strips. Prepare three dishes for breading. One dish for flour, one dish for egg, one dish for breadcrumbs. Season your breadcrumbs and flour however you like. I go in the flour first then egg and then breadcrumbs. Spray your chicken on both sides with butter spray. Air Fry on 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes flipping halfway through. Cut your potatoes into wedges season them with your favorite seasonings and drizzle with olive oil. Air fry these for 20 minutes on 400 degrees flipping halfway through.
