Step 1
Mix together the sweet chilli sauce and honey and set aside. Cut the chicken breasts into tenders (3-4 each breast) then season with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Crush the cornflakes then season with the remaining 2 tsp Cajun seasoning.
Step 2
Dip the chicken tenders into whisked egg then the cornflakes, place in the air fryer, spray with low calorie spray and cook on 180C for 6 mins. Flip then spray again and cook for a further 6 mins or until cooked, for the last 2 mins brush over the sticky glaze. Assemble the tacos with the salad and add an optional drizzle of garlic and herb sauce and enjoy!
