Instructions
Step 1
Place the apples and the milk in a small pan and set on medium high heat.
Step 2
Add in the vanila, brown sugar (if using - this will make it a little sweeter and create a carmel like flavor - you can replace with mappe syrup if desired) and honey. Mix in the clove and cinnamon if you want a more fall flavor then summer flavor.
Step 3
Once boiling, add in the oats and chia seeds.
Step 4
Let thicken and take off heat. Portion out into bowls and enjoy. Add in some heavy cream or enjoy with a dollop of vanilla ice cream for a dessert. Yes, you can have oatmeal for dessert!
